Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

Synopsis for Baffin Bay to Rio Grande out 60 nm-

.SYNOPSIS...Strong southeast winds this afternoon should begin to 
diminish around sunset, but small craft should exercise caution 
this evening. A Small Craft Advisory may be needed Monday morning
and afternoon for the Gulf of Mexico waters, as seas gradually
build to 5 to 7 feet offshore. Moderate southeast winds are 
expected Monday through Wednesday, as the gradient weakens 
slightly, with seas likely remaining elevated, especially across 
the offshore Gulf of Mexico waters. A cold front is expected to 
bring thunderstorm chances Wednesday and Thursday, as well as a
wind shift to the northwest.
