Synopsis for Baffin Bay to Rio Grande out 60 nm-
340 AM CDT Mon Jul 22 2019

.SYNOPSIS...Broad surface high pressure will begin to gradually
lose control of the weather across the marine zones of Deep South
Texas with time. As a cold front begin to gradually slide
southward toward the region, pressure gradient begins to relax
leading to more tranquil marine conditions this week. Shower and
thunderstorm chances will increase Tuesday and Wednesday as the
front approaches and interacts with ample tropical moisture. The
stronger convection may have locally higher winds/seas and
frequent cloud-to-water lightning. Light onshore flow returns
late in the week after the front dissipates.
