Texas Insider Fishing Report returns to Fox Southwest in April. Hosted by Capt. Rick Murphy, one of the most respected figures in the fishing community, Brie Gabrielle and Dave Ferrell, the 60-minute report delivers up-to-the minute inshore and offshore sportfishing tips and techniques.
The show airs Thursday, Friday and Saturday, April through September, giving anglers the inside scoop on regional hot spots just in time for the weekend.
A real who’s who of sponsors, networks, fishing experts and conservationists partner up with Capt. Rick and crew each week for fun, facts and fishing.
The Format
Call-ins from six of the state’s top-rated guides are the highlight of each episode. Each guide’s report includes photos of recent catches, weather and water conditions, what the fish are eating, where they’re schooling––even how to entice the most stubborn to bite.
Each episode airs live to tape and features:
